homemade dinner tonight

golden beet, radish, zuchinni, yellow squash, lemon, basil, garlic, pine nut, ricatta salatta, olive oil, dried chili pepper salad... yum!

an experiment w/ steel cut oats, flax seed, butter and chocolate chips. not quite the right consistency, but the dough might need a few days to mature properly in the fridge.
