nano's oatmeal chocolate chip cookies
cookies in the making
3 c flour
1 T each of baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon
1 1/2 c white sugar
1 1/2 c brown sugar
3 eggs
1 T vanilla
3 c oats
4 c chocolate chips
2 sticks of butter
mix dry ingredients. in a large bowl beat butter till creamy, add sugars and eggs. add vanilla and dry ingredients, then chocolate chips and the remaining ingredients. bake 12-15 min at 350 degrees.
